Elio Cisnero Ferrer (ACLIFIM)
President of the Cuban Association of People with Physical-Motor Disabilities (ACLIFIM) in the province of Granma. As representative of the association at that level before the bodies and agencies of the Cuban State and foreign institutions and organizations in the territory, he promotes the rights of people with disabilities in the territory. Elio is a systematic practitioner of sports shooting, chess and checkers, and has participated in events and scientific workshops in the territory on disability. He is currently the coordinator in the Bayamo municipality of the AHRC network project “Cultures of participation for Equitable Development in Cuba and the United Kingdom."
Elisa Marrero Pérez (ANSOC)
Provincial president who serves and represents the D/deaf community of the province of Granma together with the 13 presidents of the municipalities. Elisa interacts with organizations and institutions around everything related to the care of people with hearing impairments, works for greater integration into society of the D/deaf community, contributing to raising the quality of life of ANSOC's members. She is a member of the advisory group of the Humanity and Inclusion project in the province, and works so that ANSOC's members integrate into the new Cuban society with equal rights and duties, conditions and opportunities.


José Alberto Sánchez Yalin (ACLIFIM)
José Alberto is vice president of the ACLIFIM in Granma, overseeing sports and recreation as well as managing projects and research at the same center. He also teaches various courses on universal accessibility and reasonable adjustments. Throughout his long career as an athlete, he has excelled in several national and international events. His achievements include being the national champion in table tennis, category TT2, in 1992, and the national runner-up with the basketball team in 1994

Leidy Montano Pérez (ACPDI)
With a bachelor’s degree in Pure Biology in 2003, later specializing in the Desembarco del Granma National Park, Leidy provided services at the pioneer palaces in Niquero and Bayamo. Additionally, she worked as a specialist at the Bayamo aquarium and as a Biology teacher at the Camilo Cienfuegos school in Manzanillo. In 2018, she coordinated the Natural Sciences department at the Julio Antonio Mella pre-university school in Bayamo. Currently, she serves as the Coordinator of the Cuban Association for People with Intellectual Disabilities (ACPDI), a member of its National Board, and a teacher in the province of Granma, Cuba
